Warranty

RōM Outdoors branded products (packs and outerwear) are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. RōM Brand Apparel is covered by a one-year warranty that protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If a RōM Outdoors branded product covered by one these warranty options fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace the product without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product.
